'FREE DELIVERY' applies to all orders with addresses within Mainland GB including Scotland, excluding the following post codes: KY, DD, AB, PA, TR, PL, TQ, EX, SA. Please contact for deliveries to these postcodes.
Delivery to Scotland may take longer than estimated.
We are currently unable to deliver to the following: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PH, and ZE

ASSEMBLY SERVICE
If your require assembly, please get in touch before placing your order and we will send you an assembly quote. We are currently unable to offer an assembly service to the following areas: Norfolk, Suffolk, Sussex, Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Scotland, Wales. Please contact us if you require assembly in the areas above.
RETURNS
We want you to be very pleased with your order, but we understand from time to time things don’t always work out and you may want to return an item. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return certain items to us in its original packaged condition within 14 days. We do not accept returns of items that have been fully or partially assembled.

Mattresses only to be returned if they are unopened. If, however, the mattress is out of its packing or used, for hygiene reasons we can’t accept a return in this instance.
(Made to Order) Items: includes Customised Divan Bases, Bed Frames, Divan Beds Headboards. There will be an additional 50% fee of the item value. This cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Clearance/Ex-Display Items: the price of these items reflects the fact that they have been reduced to clear, therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds unless they are found to be faulty.
Collection Fees: Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. If you would like our delivery partner to collect your goods, there will be charge of £60 for the first item and £10 for each additional item.
